He was predeceased by: his parents, Abbitt Branham, Sr. and Sylvia Wilmer Branham; and his siblings, Charles Branham, Barbara Branham and Pamela Branham.

He is survived by: his sons, Trae Branham, III of Austin and Dylan Branham of Austin; and his brothers, Rev. Thomas (Debbie) of Lafayette and David Branham (Carol) of Port Neches.
