He was predeceased by: his parent Pops; his children, Shannon Ulch and Judy Broussard; his parent Marguerite Ulch; and his siblings, Matthew Scott Ulch (Polly) and Margarette Roy (Francis).
He is survived by: his sister Betty Messina; his children, Eric Ulch (Geneva), Sherry Downey (Jeremy), Ronda Broussard, Brian Ulch, William Scott Ulch (Polly), Ashton Ulch, Jared Ulch, Kristen Ulch, Connor Ulch Jillian Ulch (Kaitlin) and Sawyer Ulch; and his great grandchildren, Maggie Mae Ulch and Case Matthew Ulch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
