He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Plumlee, Sr. and Stella Mae Cox Plumlee (Cox); his in-laws, James Robert Money and Vela Mae Cox Money; and his siblings, LaRue Plumlee Bevier Williams, Marvel Plumlee Austin and Jim Plumlee.
He is survived by: his wife Olive Janice Money Plumlee (Jan); his children, Robin Plumlee Lee of Pascagoula, Mississippi and James Plumlee (Karen) of Longview, Texas; and his grandsons, Trip Lee, Garrett Plumlee, Grant Taylor Lee, Jackson Lee and Jordan Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
