She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Seb" Edwin Allen. She is survived by: her mother Ada Muller (Collins); her son Joseph Edwin Boulanger; her stepfather Kenneth Muller; her sister Barbara Ebner (Ross); and her stepsiblings, Jeanne Frye (Greg) and Kurt Muller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A private ceremony will be held in Port Aransas at a later date and donations can be made in Amy's honor to your local animal shelter.
