He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Waymon Frank Hallmark and Reba Taylor Hallmark; his daughter Dee Anna Labure; his sister Billie Jo Baggs; his wife Sarah Hallmark of Port Acres, Texas; his sons, Phillip Taylor Hallmark, Sr. (Lydia) of Port Acres and Charlie Hallmark (Jennifer) of Nederland, Texas; and his grandchildren, Shelly Edgerton (Cody), Melony Scifres (Jeff), Phillip Hallmark II, Josh Hallmark, Justin Hallmark (Micah), Tim LeBlanc, Ethan Lehr (Paloma), Jaycee Lehr, Katia Picou, Emily Leger (Craig) and Grace Taylor.
