She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Prevost (Tommy) of Port Neches and Derrick Cormier (Christin) of Conroe; her grandchildren, Emersyn Prevost of Port Neches and Joseph Francis Cormier of Conroe; and her children, Shirley Alphin Adams (Paul), Rick Alphin (Cindy) of Hemphill, Vicky Alphin Johnson (David) of Destin and Wendy Alphin Frederick (Darold) of Hockley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
