We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Frances Hebert of Port Acres, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Kattner (Chroeder) and Otto Kattner; her husband Leo Francis Hebert Sr.; her son Neil Ray Hebert; her siblings, Alfred Kattner, Raymond and Lorena Reese-Taylor; and her son-in-law Stanley Wayne Rising.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Lorena Rising of Port Arthur, Cass Alan Hebert (Joan) of Sour Lake and Leo Francis Hebert Jr. (Karen) of Port Arthur; and her grandchildren, Robin Rising, Bodre Rising, Melissa Brunett, Neil Hebert, Jason Hebert, Aaron Hebert and Chase Hebert. She is also survived by her nine great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis we are currently in, all visitors to the funeral home are required to wear facemask or coverings and practice social distancing as mandated by State and County officials.
