It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlin Wayne Ellis of Poolville, Texas, born in Weatherford, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lester and Novelene Ellis (Jackson); and his siblings, Buford Ellis, Linda Joy Ellis and Janice Overton.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Ellis; his daughters, Arlynn Prachyl (James) and Lori Berry (James); his grandchildren, Amber Berkley (Kevin), James Berry, Jr. (Vanessa), James Bryan Prachyl, Jr. (Stephanie), Jonathan Berry (Chery) and Brandi Whymark (Todd); and his siblings, Mary Ann Ellis (Rolland) and Weldon Ellis (Vickye). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, other extended family members and friends.
