She is survived by: her children, Kenya West (Wade) of San Antonio and Billy Dale Polk (Pam) of Pontotoc; and her grandchildren, Courtney Anderson (Paul), Kenisha Cantwell (Cole), Zeb Abbott (Tiffany), Julie Hearn (Chad), Dayna Markworth (Will), Boden Polk (Alex Stevens) and Amber Polk. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
