She is survived by: her brother Layne Johnson; her sons, Matt Hickman and Dan Nulisch; her grandchildren, Marissa Perkins, Cade Hickman, Tommy Hickman and Joshua Hickman; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Perkins and Luke Perkins.
