He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Buck; his children, Shane, Suzanne and Sarah; his mother-in-law Suzanne Milner; his sister Pollyanna; and his brothers-in-law, Greg Conover and Chris Traylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, students and friends.
