He was predeceased by: his parent Lady Neely; his wife Norma Neely; and his brother Don Neely. He is survived by: his children, Sandy (Gayla Neely), Susan Neely Curtis of Justin and Traci (Van Bell). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Ponder United Methodist Church and the Ponder Volunteer Fire Department.
