Bobby Lawrence Martin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bobby Lawrence Martin of Ponder, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ouida Lawrence (Sherman) and Dallas D. Lawrence; her husband Pete Martin; her son Drew Martin; and her siblings, Murl Lawrence, Virginia Stuckey, Bill Stuckey and Betty Loper.
She is survived by: her son Matt Martin; her daughter-in-law Paula Martin; her sister Gaynell Tidwell; her grandchildren, Cory Martin (Meagan), Courtney Neal (Daniel), Ashley Martin and Megan Joblin (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Destin Wade, Gary Dailey III, Caleb Neal, Elijah Todd, Chloe Neal, Eleanor Joblin, Deacon Neal and Violet Joblin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel (803 E Main St, Honey Grove, TX 75446). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
