He is survived by: his mother Gracie Lewis, (Kennerly) of Lufkin; his wife Susan Gail Lewis (Williamson) of Lufkin; his daughter Ashley Frankens of Lufkin; his granddaughter Aubrie Frankens of Lufkin; his sisters, Madeline Luna of Irving and Deddie; his brother-in-law Garland Bates of Lufkin; his brother Dr. Carlton; his sister-in-law Nina Lewis of Lufkin; his brother Cliff; his sister-in-law Tammie Lewis of Lufkin; his sister Alicia; his brother-in-law Kevin Tabor of Conroe; his sister Kelley; his brother-in-law Roger Young of Pearl, Mississippi; his brother Kirk; and his sister-in-law Amy Varnado of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
