She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Mae Modisette and Cecil Edwards (Bully); her husbands, Gene Martin and David Edwards; and her siblings, Lucky, Dorothy, Frances, Sylvia and Sharon.

She is survived by: her sons, Steve (Stacy Martin), Randy (Robyn Martin) and Michael (Crickett Martin); her brother Tim (Kathy Edwards) of Bedias, Texas; her grandchildren, Cassandra, James, Christopher, Darlin, Josh, Sara, Stephen and Deven; and her stepchildren, Don Edwards of Lufkin and Gail Price of Lufkin, Texas.. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
