It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Vinson (Pollok, Texas), born in Cherokee, Texas, who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lou (Hodges) and J. P. Vinson; his parents-in-law, S. L. and Anna Ruth Wesley; and his brother-in-law Morris McMillon.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Vinson of Pollok; his children, Jay Vinson (Ashli) of Lufkin, Stephanie Nerren (Kenneth) of Pollok and Jason Vinson of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Brylie Vinson, Bryson Vinson, Katrina Nerren, Britney Nerren, Cody Nerren, Heather Vinson, Chasity Vinson, Hayden Vinson and Kaylie Vinson; and his siblings, Albert Vinson (Susie) of Pollok, Doyle Vinson (Beverly) of Pollok, Betty Brooks (Charles) of Dayton, Wanda Greenville (Bob) of Pollok and Martha McMillon of Pollok. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
