She is survived by: her husband Carroll Ray Spradlin; her children, Patricia Sparks, Paige (Oscar Rabago) and Jeffrey (Sara Spradlin) of Pollok, TX.; and her grandchildren, Rachael Triplett, Tasha Vines, Joshua A. Spradlin, Melissa Bryant, Matthew Spradlin, Rendie Peterson, Ashley Gates, Spencer Curry, Kasey Rowe, Tony Rabago, Olivia Whisneant, Lainey Spradlin, Mia Spradlin, Matt Starling and Shea Starling. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
