She was predeceased by: her parents, Ima Bell (Self) and Tess Henry Wallace; her husband Charles Smith; and her siblings, Gerald Wallace and Jean Speer.
She is survived by: her children, John Smith of Pollok, Danny Ray Smith of Lewisville and Sandra; her son-in-law Terry O'Quinn of Pollok; and her grandchildren, Kim Sessions, Jennie Mercer, Erika O'Quinn, Karlee Parker, Whitney Friesen, Zack Smith and Josie Smith. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
