She is survived by: her husband Wayne Madden; her sons, Ralph Adams Jr. and Kevin Adams; her daughter-in-law Ceda Adams; her son Jason Adams; her daughter-in-law Andrea Adams; her daughter Rebecca Boles; her son-in-law Tony Boles; her grandchildren, Bradley Adams, Carrissa Adams, Shelbi Adams, Chloe Boles, Zachary Carrico and Justin Carrico; her great grandchildren, Bentley Richards, Isabella Carrico and MaKayla Carrico; and her siblings, Kathy Holloway, Jean Boles, Vickie Rector, Melody Wallace, Rickie Herring, Richard Herring, Grady Herring and Randy Herring.
