He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Smith and Johnnie Barnes Smith. He is survived by: his son Cody; his daughter-in-law Ariel Smith of Hudson; his children, Justin Smith of Nacogdoches and Madison Smith of Pollok; his sister Sue Smith of Pollok; his grandchildren, Emmitt Smith of Hudson, Kelsey Smith of Hudson, Ryland Smith of Hudson and Kylie Smith of Hudson; his siblings, Clifford Sessions of Pollok, Cyndi Sessions of Hudson and Charlene; and his brother-in-law Roger Justus of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and other family and friends.
