He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Allen (Cook) and Godfrey Allen; and his sister Judy Allen. He is survived by: his children, Charles Allen of Longview and Crystal Hall of Pollok; and his siblings, Vernon Silvia of Weatherford and Penny Reihle of Lufkin. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
