She was predeceased by: her parents, John Isum Modisette and Lidia Elnora "Nora" Modisette (Martin); her husband Thomas Lee Ladd; her siblings, Elbert (Dorothy Modisette), John Morris (Mary Beth Modisette), Leonard (Velma Dee Modisette), Mamie (Cleo O'Quinn), Lena Mae (Otto Edwards) and Mildred Mott; her niece Gwen Atteberry; and her nephews, Dennis Modisette, Collis Modisette and Billy Modisette.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Thomas Teague of Pollok; her grandchildren, Thomas Michael (Eurie Hardage) of Henderson and Kalyn Dianne (Daniel Manzelmann) of Nashville, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Jaxson Daniel Manzelmann of Nashville, Tennessee and Rylie Apple of Henderson; her nephew Bill Anthony; and also, Thomas Fred and Ladd. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
