He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Adell Coulter (Swindler) and Pope Moses Coulter. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Coulter; his daughters, Juanita Coulter and Kathy; his son-in-law Monte Allums; his son Donald; his daughter-in-law Jana Coulter; his children, Karen Coulter and Jody Sterling (Tia); his grandchildren, Krisha (Josh Rosson), Ben (Erica Coulter), Mark Allums, Adriana (Jonathon Oglesby), Davonta Colflesh, Christopher (Kelsey Coulter), Waylon Jones and Hannah Jones; and his sister Jo Williford. He is also survived by extended family; and a multitude of friends.
