He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee Westbrook and Dorothy Mae Westbrook (Allen); his wife Linda June Westbrook (Crawford); and his niece Amy Westbrook. He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Boles (Bud) of Pollok; his grandchildren, Colton Boles (Robin) of Lufkin and Katelyn Usleton (Kaleb) of Natchitoches, Louisiana; his great grandchildren, Carter Boles, Anna Beth Boles and Olivia June Usleton; his brother Mike Westbrook (Gwyn) of Pollok; his nephews, Kevin Westbrook of Pollok and Roy Westbrook (Hila) of Pollok; his brothers-in-law, Kevin Crawford (Susan) of Hudson and David Crawford (Susan) of Pollok; and his close friends, J. C. Crawford, Jackie Nichols, Frank Fredregill, Billy Joe Creekmore and Royce Oliver.
