She is survived by: her husband Joe Adams of Pollok Texas; her children, Douglas Pate (Pam) of St. Albans, Karla Lynn Fulks of Cross Lanes and Rebeca Ann Chapman (Darwin Alixander) of Sissonville; and her siblings, David, Rodney and Patricia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
