He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Irene Mitchell; and his siblings, Billy O'Brian and Annie Yates. He is survived by: his sons, Don Mitchell of Point Blank, Texas, Ronald Mitchell (Donna) of Bay View, Texas and Perry Mitchell of Bay Cliff, Texas; and his sister Judy Harden (Stewart) of League City, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
