He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Harris of Point; his children, Jeanie Lou Burgin of Dallas, Robert Neil Harris (Bobbie) of Emory and Stephen Lee Harris (Angie) of Plano; his grandchildren, Jennifer Burgin, Paige Acevedo, Natalie Abadie, Neil Harris, Lindsey Gaddis and Ginger Harris; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Lacy, Vivian, Emma and Juliet.
