We bid farewell to Margaret Hilzendager (Point, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 30, 2024 at the age of 85. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrell and Beatrice Johnson Harrell; and her siblings, Andrew Harrell, Charles Harrell and Martha Hodges.
She is survived by: her husband Joe "Sonny" Hilzendager; her sisters-in-law, Gayle Darlene Currie (Ray Currie) and Shirley Hilzendager; her nieces and nephews, Andy Harrell, Johnny Harrell, Danny Harrell, Charlie Harrell, Mitchell Hodges, Jeff Currie, Clint Hilzendager, Sheila Hurd, Teresa Johnson, Susan Johnson and Renee Hilzendager; and her caregiver Tina McKinney. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Point Blank Community Church (432 Robinson Way, Point Blank, TX 77364). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at the Mt. Zion Cemetery (110 Mt Zion Rd, Coldspring, TX 77331).
