She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Mitchell and Dee Mitchell (Robinson); her husband Bob Holmes; and her brothers, Charles Mitchell and Bernard Mitchell.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Travis Holmes (Shelly); her nephews, Kevin Mitchell, Michael Mitchell and Steve Morrison; her niece Charlie Mitchell; and her friends, Darrell McKeel and Gelia Benton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillside Church of Christ (10400 Wesley St, Greenville, TX 75402). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
