She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Kuykendall; her husband Bill Blake Jr.; her mother Bessie Lorene Kuykendall; her children, Jimmy Blake (Gisela) and Judy Bobo; and her granddaughter Nikaela.
She is survived by: her children, Joel Blake (Patty), Johnny Blake and Janice Steward (Roger); and her grandchildren, Tonya Buchanan (David), Heather Bales (Brandon), Chelsea Cervera (Victor), Shana Duke, Malina Opp, Daphne Steitle, Wendy Stahl, Halie Werge (Tom), Stacy Taylor, Chad Blake, Phillip Blake (Lori), Montana Blake, Madrid Blake, Michael Bobo (Karen), Chris Bobo (Tandy), Andrew Crocker and Ben Taylor. She is also survived by 35 great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.
