He was predeceased by: his brother David K. Kumferman. He is survived by: his parents, Robert M. Troughton and Diana S. Troughton (Kavis); and his siblings, Christopher Duerst of Kansas, Josh Poland (Connie) of Michigan, Amy Grennell of Willis, Felicia Villancourt (Ryan) of Ashland and Britanny Goniot (Jack) of Humble, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, host of other relatives and friends.
