He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fox and Annie Mae Fox; his son James Lewis Woodall; and his siblings, Frank James Fox and Margaret Brent.
He is survived by: his spouse Miss Ora Jeanette "Jane"; his children, Edward Gene Fox Jr. (Brenda) of West Tawakoni, Vickie Jean King (Ray) of Anna, Shelly Westman (Barry) of Gunter, Cathy Jane Fox of Point and Susan Holland (Jeff) of Point; and his sisters, Joan Pudom (Frank) of Sherman, Dorothy McCullom of Sherman and Cinda Russell (Merle) of Texoma. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and many friends.
