He is survived by: his significant other Susie Cates of Point; his children, Tammy (Peter Pallitto) of Lewisville and Jack Mezzell of Lewisville; his siblings, Gennette West (Herman Shields) of Rockwall, Helen West of Fate and Jerry Mezzell of Point; his grandchildren, Ashlee (Jeremy Yarrington), Krista (Jack Teague), Joey Pallitto and Sarah Mezzell; his great grandchildren, Caiden, Lance and Rylee Nicole; and also Sharon Mezzell of Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
