She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blaschke and Bertha Kneifel Blaschke; her husband John F. Machicek; her son John Wayne Machicek; and her sisters, Isabella Schilhad and Irene Bartek.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Griffith (Gary) and Michael Machicek; her grandchildren, Randy Machicek, Michelle Machicek, Kendra Fisher and Rene Griffith; and her great grandchild Varya Hrivnyak.
