He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Carlisano and Margaret Carlisano (Fani). He is survived by: his wife Karen Carlisano (Richmond); his children, Anthony Carlisano, Craig Carlisano (Terry Hanley) and Nicole Lynch (Gerald); his grandchildren, Second Lieutenant Nicholas, Sergeant Dominic (Maddie), Francesca and Anthony; and his sister Donna Alcorn (James). He is also survived by his aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
