He was predeceased by: his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Audrey C. Cutone (Grimes); his sons, Jay Taylor, III (Carol Stafferi) and Christopher W. Cutone (Rebecca Lucore); his grandchildren, Cory (Kara), Canyon, Cody and Cayden; and his great grandchild Ophelia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
