He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentin Vasquez and Francisca Rivera Vasquez; and his brother Rodolfo Vasquez. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Ann Vasquez Arguijo; his son-in-law Jesse Ruben Arguijo; his grandchildren, Aaliyah Marie, Zacharias Noel, Nikodemus Orion and Ezekiel Ruben; his friend Jill Vasquez Parker; and his siblings, Fermin Rivera Enriquez (Lupe), Phyllis Castro of Robstown, Ralph Vasquez, Raymond Vasquez, Robert Vasquez (Sandra), Doris Balderez (David) of Houston, Ruben Vasquez (Elvira) and Mary Delic (Steve) of Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
