She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Pena; her husband Rudolfo; her mother Juanita Garcia Pena (Garcia); her grandparents, Patricio and Panchita Garcia; her parents-in-law, Ysidro and Maria Ortiz; and her siblings, Pedro "Pete" Pena, Bernaldo "Nano" Pena, Sr., Helen Pena Morales and Francis Pena Benitez.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Cordova (Manuel), Robert Ortiz (Norma), Ruben Ortiz (Olivia) and Roger Ortiz; her grandchildren, Robert Marion Ortiz, Ysidro Samuel Ortiz (Judy), Melinda Louise Garcia (Arthur), Thomas Andrew Cordova (Laura), Sonya Marie Ortiz, Michael Vincent Ortiz, Maria Luisa Ortiz and Juan Antonio Ortiz; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Elena, Brianna, Joe Manuel, Kaitlyn, Mason, Lainey, Jason, Athena, Christain, Sidney and Sonny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
