He was predeceased by: his father Oscar T. Castillo Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Aurora Castillo; his siblings, Charlie Castillo Eloisa Hernandez (Elizabeth Castillo), Oscar T. Castillo Jr. (Terisa Castillo), Jaime Castillo (Stacey Castillo) and Laura Castillo; his children, Mikayla Castillo, Marina Castillo, Michael Castillo and Melaina Castillo; and his grandchild Willie Lane Arguijo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins.
