The passing of Lloyd House of Pleasanton, Texas, born in Charlotte, Texas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 86. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. House (Jim) and Stella Childress House; his siblings, Billy House, Jimmy House, Virginia House Pawelek and Arline House Fisher; and his daughter-in-law Cherri Michele House.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Lou Valchar House; his children, Richard Anthony House and Sandra Kay House Hoggard; his grandchildren, Eric Lloyd House (Kathryn), Tiffany Michele House, Michael Lane Hoggard, Samuel Lloyd Hoggard and Amanda Elizabeth Hoggard; his great grandchildren, Luke Anthony House and Avery Michele House; and his brother Arley House (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the St. John Lutheran Cemetery (1702 TX-97, Jourdanton, TX 78026).
