She was predeceased by: her husband David G. Paniagua; her daughter Mary Catherine Mathers (Paniagua); her grandsons, Kenneth Reynolds and James Reynolds; and her parents, Trinidad Charo and Teresa Charo (Leal).
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Dakin, Elizabeth Martinez, Carol Arbo, David Paniagua, Jr. and Robert Paniagua. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
Spiritually, she was devoted to her church always participating and donating items to sell for the church picnic or baking pies or cakes for the Thanksgiving Dinner.
