He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcello Salazar and Delia Salazar (Hernandez); and his daughter Julie Ann Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Darlene R. Salazar; his children, Jesse Salazar Jr. (Marie), Megan Ramirez (Juan) and Samantha L. Salazar; his grandchildren, Jesse Salazar III, Danielle Ramirez and Varro Ramirez; and his siblings, Janie Gamero, Maria Salazar, Hermina Gonzalez, Elvida Marin, Alfred Salazar, Marcello Salazar Jr., Joe Salazar and Nellie Barron.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
