She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Aiken and Lottie Aiken; her husband Gussie "Cotton" Seiler; and her son-in-law John Brown. She is survived by: her children, Kay Brown of May, Sue Moore (Rusty) of Floresville and Ray Blayde Seiler (Rosemary) of Leming; her sister Julia Aiken; and her grandchildren, Johnny Brown (Marielenna), Wade Brown (Leah), Donnie Spruill (Penny), Jessie Brown (Juna), Lisa Aldis of Rusty, Moore (Sarah), Heather Grohman (Garrett), Megan Stevens (Chris) and Hannah Chenault (Craig). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; and "Dutche", her dog.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery (7457 W Lake Rd, Abilene, TX 79601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Samaritans Purse.
