She was predeceased by: her parents, Melquiades Luna and Maria Lopez Luna; her husband Charles Ray Mejia Sr.; and her siblings, Mike Luna, Conrad Luna, Alfredo Luna, Beatrice Herrera, Rosa Belia Aguilar, Christina Martinez, Mary Luna and Lupe Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Mejia-Foster, Genesta Mejia-Ochoa (Robert Frank Ochoa) and Jason Matthew Mejia (Sabrina Jo Mejia); her grandchildren, Payton Joseph Chapman, Chloe Aliani Ochoa, Jazmyne Mayra Mejia, Juliet Monet Mejia, Jaclyn Miranda Mejia and Jaxon Charles Mejia; and her siblings, Gustavo Luna, Johnny Luna (Rose), Becky Luna Diaz (Octavio), Adolfo Herrera (Frances) and Herminia Romero (Richard). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
