She is survived by: her children, Randy Zidek (Tammy) and Carla Olle (Mark); her granddaughters, Brianne Zidek, Jennifer Olle Blandford (Andy), Jessica Olle Lizardo (Jose), Jacquelyn Olle Young (Ryan) and Jordyn Olle Almendarez (Chase); her siblings, Tom Polasek, Mike Polasek (Ruby) and JoAnn Kroll; her sister-in-law Janie Zidek; and her nephews, Bob Polasek, David Polasek, Eddie Polasek, Benny Polasek, Mike Polasek and Zac Polasek. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
