Dana Lucas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Lucas of Pleasanton, Texas, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Jackson and Lanona Jackson; her parents-in-law, Gerald and Ann Lucas; and her nephew Craig Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Desirae Lucas (Matthew Murphy), Devyn Lucas and Derek Lucas (Shantell); her siblings, Dale "Bubba" Jackson Jr. (Kim) and Denise Cowey (Vernon); her siblings-in-law, DeeDee Newman (Richard) and Timmy Lucas; her grandchildren, Jackson and Grace; her nieces and nephews, Jarrett, Garrett, Brianna, Hannah, Houston Hailey, Chrissy, David and Kathryn; and her former husband Darrell Lucas. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Island Cemetery (2002 Probandt St, San Antonio, TX 78264).
