It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chrysta Pearl Riley Moore of Pleasanton, Texas, who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Chrysta Pearl Riley departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Chrysta Pearl Riley may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Chrysta Pearl Riley leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Riley and Charley Riley. She is survived by: her spouse Cecil Moore; her daughter Celia (Patrick); her stepson Ray (Millie); and her grandchildren, Lisa (Joe), David, Alexis (Josh) and Eliot (Danielle). She is also survived by four grandchildren, along with a number of great grandchildren plus great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lytle Community Cemetery.
She and her sister would meet many new friends in these pursuits, enjoying the thrill of discovery and life long learning in addition to making contributions to their communities.
