He is survived by: his daughter Dana Danette Welch (Welch); his wife Mary Beth Welch; his sons, Charles Edward Welch (Rosie) and Tyler Welch (Bailey); and his grandchildren, Tessa Jacobs (JD), Lillie Welch and Sage Welch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
