He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Lynn Kominczak and Pamela Leslie Kominczak (Smith); his father Peter Lawrence Kominczak Sr.; his wife Martha Kominczak; his son-in-law Mark Smith; his grandchildren, Mark Heyman and Cassidy Overstreet (Caleb Overstreet); his great grandchildren, Gannon and Carter; his grandchildren, Shelby Heyman (Ethan Kukuk), Victoria Heyman and Tanner Heyman (Heather Heyman); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Hadley; and his siblings, Patrick Kominczak, Maryann McBeth, Nancy King and Brenda Martin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (8227 Cr205, Plantersville, TX 77363). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith-Floyd Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Peter Lawrence Kominczak Jr. Memorial fund. At this time the family is in the process of setting up this account at the First National Bank of Anderson which they will use the funds to make donations to the Smith Floyd Cemetery where he will be buried, St. Mary's Men's Club, and other causes and organizations that were near and dear to his heart.
