He was predeceased by: his former wife Janet Lee Rex; and his parents, Paul Rex and Mary Rex. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hendricks; his children, Patrick Michael Rex, Jr. (Jennifer) and Angela Spring Gideon (Jim); his stepsons, William Presley (Lesley) and Travis Hendricks (Joy); his siblings, Paul Rex (Diana), Johnny Rex (Angela), Patricia Wilson-Thomas (Dalton) and Ann Bumpers (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Cam Rider Gideon, Maeleigh Autumn Gideon, Chelsey Nicole Bayless, Elizabeth Lee Rex, Kimberly Paige Rex and Bryan Maxey; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Presley, Madison Presley, Devin Hutchinson and Oliver Granger; and his pets, Harley, Harper and Henley. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
